1 Definitions

The following defined terms are used throughout these Terms & Conditions. Understanding these definitions is essential for interpreting your rights and obligations as a user of the 88hi77 platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

2.1 Language of Agreement

The governing language of these Terms & Conditions is English. Any translation provided for convenience is not legally binding. In the event of any conflict between an English version and a translated version, the English text shall prevail.

2.2 Electronic Acceptance

Ticking the acceptance checkbox during registration, or proceeding through the registration flow without objection, constitutes valid electronic acceptance of these terms. This electronic acceptance carries the same legal weight as a physical signature under applicable electronic commerce principles.

3 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to open and maintain an 88hi77 account, you must meet all of the following criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You are registering and playing on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an 88hi77 employee or business partner who has access to non-public platform information.
• You have not previously had an 88hi77 account closed for fraudulent activity, abuse of bonus terms, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are acting with legally obtained funds and are not using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial purpose.

3.1 Age Verification Process

88hi77 reserves the right to request identity documents at any stage of the registration or withdrawal process. Accepted documents include a National ID Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent Bangladeshi authority. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until age verification is complete. 88hi77 may impose temporary deposit and wagering restrictions on unverified accounts pending completion of the KYC process.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the 88hi77 platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same mobile number, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances across all associated accounts.

4 Account Registration & Security

Players must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, address, or contact detail — is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account closure with forfeiture of any balance.

4.1 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. 88hi77 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you believe your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify 88hi77 support immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

Any activity that occurs on your account before you report a compromise is your responsibility. 88hi77 shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where the Player failed to adequately protect their login credentials.

4.2 Two-Step Verification

88hi77 implements OTP (One-Time Password) verification when an account is accessed from an unrecognised device or IP address. Players are strongly encouraged to keep their registered mobile number current and active so that OTP delivery is not disrupted. Failure to complete OTP verification may temporarily restrict account access until identity is confirmed through support.

4.3 Account Updates

Players must promptly update their account information if any registered detail changes, including mobile number, email address, or bank/mobile-wallet account details. Updated payment details are subject to re-verification before withdrawals to the new destination are approved.

4.4 Account Suspension and Closure

88hi77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity misrepresentation, bonus abuse, matched betting, arbitrage betting, use of automated tools or bots, or any other conduct inconsistent with legitimate recreational play. Where an account is closed for cause, 88hi77 may withhold any pending withdrawal or bonus balance pending investigation.

5 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All transactions on the 88hi77 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). 88hi77 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and Islami Bank.

5.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to the 88hi77 account balance almost instantly following successful mobile wallet confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect in the account balance depending on the originating bank's processing times.
• 88hi77 does not charge a platform-side fee on deposits made via supported Bangladeshi mobile wallet providers. Third-party transaction fees charged by the payment provider are outside 88hi77's control.
• Players must only deposit from payment methods registered in their own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

5.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible, as a fraud-prevention measure.
• KYC identity verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed. Withdrawals will be placed on hold until verification is satisfactory.
• 88hi77 aims to process withdrawal requests to mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) within one to three business days. Bank transfers may take three to five business days.
• 88hi77 reserves the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawal amounts as part of its anti-money-laundering compliance process.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable bonus terms. Withdrawing before meeting the wagering requirement will result in forfeiture of outstanding bonus funds.

5.3 Transaction Errors

If a Player believes a deposit has not been credited or a withdrawal has been delayed beyond the stated processing window, they must contact 88hi77 support at [email protected] with the transaction reference number, amount, date, and payment method used. 88hi77 will investigate and respond within two business days.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

88hi77 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to Bangladeshi cultural events such as Pohela Boishakh, Eid, and Victory Day (December 16).

6.1 General Bonus Rules

• Each Player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus offers are available to Players with verified accounts only, unless stated differently in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The specific wagering multiplier and eligible games for each bonus will be published with the offer.
• 88hi77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time with reasonable notice. Bonuses already claimed and partially wagered will be honoured under the terms that applied at the time of claim.
• Players who are found to be abusing bonuses — including through multiple account registration, collusion, systematic low-risk wagering to meet requirements, or any other strategy inconsistent with genuine recreational play — will have their bonus funds forfeited and their accounts reviewed for closure.

6.2 Welcome Bonus

The welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 is available to new Players on their first qualifying deposit. Full terms including the minimum deposit threshold, wagering requirement, eligible games, maximum bet per wager while a bonus is active, and the time window within which the wagering requirement must be completed are published on the promotions page and communicated during the bonus activation flow.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on the 88hi77 platform is subject to the following general rules, supplemented by the specific Game Rules published within each product. In the event of a conflict, these Terms & Conditions take precedence over Game Rules, except where Game Rules are more restrictive on the Player's rights — in which case the more restrictive rule applies.

7.1 Sports Betting

• All sports bets are settled based on the official result confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). 88hi77 is not responsible for delays in official result confirmation.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment the bet is confirmed. Bets placed after an in-play event concludes — due to latency, connection delays, or data feed issues — may be voided at 88hi77's discretion.
• 88hi77 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, including incorrect odds, incorrect event details, or duplicate markets.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per Player per day apply. These are published in the sports betting rules section of the platform and may be adjusted for specific high-volume events such as BPL finals, IPL playoff matches, and T20 World Cup knockout games.

7.2 Casino & Slot Games

• All casino and slot games on the 88hi77 platform are provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Habanero, Spribe, and Ezugi). The RNG systems and published RTP percentages for these games are audited by the studios' independent testing partners. 88hi77 does not modify game outcomes.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game round, the affected round will be treated as void and the wagered amount returned to the Player's balance. Winnings generated during a provably malfunctioning round will not be honoured.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 88hi77 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal referral:

9 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure notifications that trigger after a set duration of continuous platform activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may voluntarily exclude themselves from the platform for a defined period (1 week, 1 month, 6 months) or permanently. Self-exclusion is irreversible within the chosen period and covers all gaming and betting activity on the platform.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic on-screen reminders of time spent and net wagering activity during the current session.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 88hi77 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, audio, video, and software — is the proprietary intellectual property of 88hi77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and design laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any platform content for commercial purposes.
• Creating derivative works based on 88hi77 branding, platform design, or game content.
• Screen-scraping, data-mining, or systematically harvesting platform data by automated means.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88hi77, its directors, employees, contractors, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from sports betting or casino gaming outcomes (the inherent risk of gambling is accepted by the Player at the point of wagering).
• Service interruptions, downtime, data loss, or platform unavailability caused by scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, cyberattacks, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond 88hi77's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to a Player's account where the Player failed to adequately protect their login credentials or report a suspected compromise promptly.
• Losses arising from a Player's reliance on incorrect information provided in good faith by 88hi77 support, where the information was based on incomplete data supplied by the Player.
• Changes to applicable law that render the Player's gambling activity unlawful in their jurisdiction — Players are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with local law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits 88hi77's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

12 Amendments & Termination

12.1 Amendments

88hi77 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via a notification displayed on the platform and, where possible, via email to the address registered on the account. The effective date of the revised terms will be clearly stated at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the 88hi77 platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account by contacting support.

12.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request closure of their account at any time by contacting 88hi77 support via live chat or at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within three business days. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure (net of outstanding bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method subject to standard KYC checks.

12.3 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with generally recognised principles of online gaming agreements. Players are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws in their jurisdiction before registering and using the platform.

12.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12.5 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the 88hi77 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the Player and 88hi77 with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, representations, or agreements.
